We offer unique, carefully crafted and powerful one-on one healing sessions that combine sound and frequency healing with the magic of Hawaiian massage and bodywork.

Alternating between hot and cold stones boosts circulation and reduces muscle soreness and inflammation and enhances the immune system.
DEEP HEALING
Deep healing takes time, and this is why we prefer to offer the deeper work in a 2hr package that draws from 5 different Hawaiian massage and bodywork techniques, and some more traditional deep tissue and trigger point therapy.
