Bel’s extensive background in calisthenics, both as a performer and coach, laid the foundation for her understanding of hands-on therapies, where she integrates sound, movement, biomechanics, and the spiritual essence of healing touch. Her own personal healing journey has been profoundly shaped by the ancient wisdom of Hawaiian massage, bodywork, and Huna philosophies. Bel has developed a deep appreciation for the intricate connection between our thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being. She believes that our bodies are a sacred canvas, constantly communicating where our focus and energy are needed for true healing and thriving.
